Didn't really wanna blacklist her but well, our T&Cs made it clear that any buyers who ordered but didn't make payment would be blacklisted. Here goes...

Said she was interested in The Gem Of Life HongKong Drama DVD, so asked her to PM me. Did with all her contact details. As usual, I told her that she needed to make payment within 48 hours then I would send out the item. But she said she could only pay on Thursday(26 May '11) as she only got her pay that day. Fine, since she told me, I gave her extra time. Then on Friday(27 May '11), I PMed her to ask if she had made payment. She said she forgot as she was busy. I gave her the BOD, and asked her to make payment ASAP. She said ok. On the 28th, I told her that she needed to make payment by Sunday(29th) if not I would relist the item and blacklist her. She said she was very busy and would make payment by 29th. But then later she said that she would rather I cancel her order if I blacklisted her since it was her first time buying from me (???). So i kindly explained to her our T&Cs and hoped that she'll make payment. She explained again how busy she was, how tired and how she forgot so easily. I gave her the BOD again, but she did not reply at all after that. So I told her today (30th May '11) that I would be relisting her item. She just said "Ok." A complete waste of my time even if it was unintentional. PLEASE, if you really wanted the item you wouldn't forget so easily! Here's some screenshots of our conversation:

Really, judge and tell me who's wrong? I put it clearly in my T&Cs right? Geez.










Here's your second!

I mean...isn't it common sense to read a blogshop's T&Cs before ordering? And I was super friendly to her already ok! She order liao then come say my registered mail price ex. WTS? Other blogshop is other blogshop, my blogshop is MY blogshop right? If you think other people's one cheaper then go buy from them lor! I explained to her nicely le that normal mail is standard $1.50 and registered mail is standard extra $2.50. I know of other blogshops who do the same, NOT cuz we wanna earn extra $$, but we need to cover costs! Like, transport fee and envelope fee! One bubble protected envelope medium sized costs $1.20 ok. And transport is needless to say, at least a dollar. So I feel tat $4 is reasonable enough le. So people, please read blogshop owners' T&C's before ordering! We're humans too and we DON'T earn much so have a heart! OH! And I even let her nego the price with me! As seen! I didn't even protest that it was the best price, i just said ok when she named the price. Judge for yourselves, people!
